The statement also applies to the agents, officers, directors, contractors, or employees.

You agree that, upon a request from a government or law enforcement body, or as a result of a subpoena or other legal action, the Company is allowed to reveal the User’s identity and contact information and that the Company shall not be accountable for any of the consequences. Furthermore, the User agrees not to file a suit or any claim against the Company for such a disclosure.

This Agreement is the final version of the understanding between the parties about the subject it covers, it overrules any previous or concurrent agreements (oral, written or electronic) between the parties, and shall not be changed unless the Company signs a written agreement.
